At StudioXGirls.com, we value professionalism, discretion, and client satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any booking or payment.

1. General Policy

All bookings made through StudioXGirls are considered final. Due to the nature of our luxury companionship services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial credit, at the agency's discretion, for future bookings.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) result in a full charge with no refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the client fails to show up or cancels at the last minute.
If the client violates our Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct.
If the client is dissatisfied with the companion for reasons beyond our control (appearance, chemistry, or expectations).
For any services or interactions that occur privately beyond our booking process.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of StudioXGirls management if a genuine service failure occurs. Any request must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the appointment.
