At StudioXGirls, we strive to provide an exceptional and luxurious experience for every client. Due to the exclusive nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the booking has been completed, and time has been spent with the selected model/models. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

However, we understand that extraordinary circumstances can arise. Refunds are only available for payments made via credit card or other transfer methods before the meeting takes place. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Non-Delivery of Service: If, for any reason, the scheduled meeting does not occur due to circumstances beyond our control, or the model's control, a refund will be processed. In such cases, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting. After this time, the meeting will be deemed to have taken place.

  2. Model Discrepancy: In the rare event that the model sent to the meeting is not the one you originally requested, please inform us right away. All photos and profiles on our website are accurate, and if a mistake occurs, we will either issue a full refund or send an alternative model to fulfill the meeting. Refunds will not be issued based on personal preferences or expectations that differ from the model’s profile.

  3. Dissatisfaction with the Model: If the model does not meet the standards as outlined in her profile (e.g., appearance, attire, conduct, or other qualities), please notify us within the first 15 minutes of the meeting. At that point, you will be eligible for a full refund or the opportunity to arrange an alternative model. After 15 minutes, no refund will be granted.

  4. Change of Mind or Circumstances: Should you decide to cancel or change your plans, we offer a 90% refund (minus transaction fees) if notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. In exceptional cases, we may accept a 90% refund request if informed within 12 hours of the meeting. It’s essential to contact us as soon as possible in such cases.

  5. Other Refund Requests: If you believe your situation warrants a refund but does not fall under the conditions above, please reach out to us directly. We prioritize customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to resolve any concerns efficiently and professionally.
